Working with A36, hot roll pickled and oil mild steel sheet, regular, 2B, and #4 brushed stainless steel, and aluminum sheet and plate in grades such as 3003-H14, 5454-H32, and 6061-T6. We also offer numerous finishing options such as assembly, and various plating's and coatings.
Our forming capabilities can produce parts up to 120" in length and width, and can laser cut parts up to 120" long and 60" wide. Plasma cutting is available up to 144" long and 72" wide and we can shear parts that are up to 120" in length and width. These processes are performed on precision machinery that can achieve tolerances of ±0.005" for laser cutting, and ±0.03" for welding and assembly.

We offer parts made from steel or aluminum with numerous finishes available to meet the needs of almost any application. Utilizing the latest equipment, our rapid prototyping capability can produce metal components with a material thickness range of 0.020" shim stock to 1" plate. When forming and shearing, we can produce products up to 120" in length and width, and laser cutting up to 120" long and 60" wide. Plasma cut parts can measure up to 144" long and up to 72" wide. For prototyping projects, we work to tightest tolerances of ±0.005" for laser cutting and ±0.030" for welding and assembly.

Fabrication of an ATM Machine for the Finance Industry
A customer approached Cleveland Steel Specialty Company to design and manufacture 120 stand-alone ATM machines monthly. We began by laser cutting and forming the 0.074" thick (14 gauge) hot rolled steel. The metal was then welded and finished with a custom silver/gray, light texture polyester powder. Then the 22.5" long, 18" wide and 50" high ATM's were assembled and inspected to make sure they met UL standards. After being packed onto custom pallets, the units were shipped to the client's Twinsburg, Ohio location.
