A customer approached Cleveland Steel Specialty Company to design and manufacture 120 stand-alone ATM machines monthly. We began by laser cutting and forming the 0.074" thick (14 gauge) hot rolled steel. The metal was then welded and finished with a custom silver/gray, light texture polyester powder. Then the 22.5" long, 18" wide and 50" high ATM's were assembled and inspected to make sure they met UL standards. After being packed onto custom pallets, the units were shipped to the client's Twinsburg, Ohio location. The entire process from concept to completion took 4 weeks.
